GHi Regional Representatives GHi's Constitution provides for a Board of Directors that is comprised of Executive Officers and Regional Representatives. Whereas the Executive Officers are responsible for the day-to-day and administrative functions of GHi, the Regional Representatives serve (1) to represent the views of their member organization(s) within the GHi umbrella and (2) to keep their regional members informed of GHi activities. The Regional Representatives are selected by the membership within their geographic region and then ratified by the Board. Each region is entitled to two representatives.
